Microsoft's Dictate add-in brings speech-to-text support to Office apps

Dictate is often an add-in for cheap office 2016 professional plus , Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. As stated by Microsoft's site for any app, Dictate uses equivalent speech-recognition technology in Cortana for converting speech to text, together real-time translation.

Dictate supports about 20 languages for dictation, plus real-time translation to 60 languages. What this means is a user could say "Hasta la vista," and Dictate could translate that into "See you later" inside cheap windows 10 pro , Word, Excel, or PowerPoint in cases where a user decided to create an English type of information message, document, or slide.

Dictate also allows users to pronounce specific things like "new line," "stop dictation," or "period" and have the engine recognize those commands.

Microsoft is making Dictate available as being a free download for 32-bit and 64-bit Office. As it would be a Microsoft Garage app, there's certainly no guarantee if or when Microsoft ultimately will turn Dictate as a fully supported product.
