The release of the Windows 11 Moment 2 update witnesses a brand new improvement visiting the Start menu.

As most users have no doubt about, the debut of Windows 11 brought us a significant Start menu makeover. Now centered alongside all of those other taskbar icons, the beginning menu no more uses the live tiles that were available in Windows 10, but a more static design borrowed from Windows 10X.

Since the first form of Windows 11 rolled out, the beginning menu continues to be constantly getting further refinements. And the Moment 2 update continues this trend with goodies targeted at business users.

Devices running Windows 11 Pro will begin displaying recommendations and suggestions regarding files along with other content within the Start menu.

AI for the win

Microsoft says the whole experience is powered by AI, and also the purpose would be to make it easier for users to find the content they need in a easier and straightforward way.

Moment 2 is now available for users who manually look for updates in Windows 11, however in business environments, the rollout is controlled by system administrators.
